A new year coming, a new day dawning....
This is it. I’m 46 years old and my bad habits are catching up to me. I can’t wait for January 1 to make a New Year resolution and hope I stick to it. Today is it for me. Today I have to begin doing what I need to do in order to live the best life possible.
……oh yeah and by the way that means actually posting on this blog to record the journey.
